We strive to deliver your orders promptly and securely. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure a smooth experience for all customers.

 

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

•      Standard Shipping: Delivery via Australia Post, typically taking 3-7 business days.

•      Express Shipping: Delivery via Australia Post Express, usually arrives within 1-3 business days in metro areas.

 

Order Processing

•      Orders placed before 5PM (ACDT) will be shipped in 3-5 business days from the order date/payment confirmation.

 

Tracking and Delivery

•      You should receive tracking details from Australia post when the shipping label is printed.

•      It can take 1-2 days for tracking information to be updated by Australia post

•      Please write special delivery instructions in the notes of your order.

 

International Shipping

•      We are not responsible for delays or actions taken by Australia Post/courier once the package leaves our warehouse.
