Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns

        Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.

        Only products purchased directly from our website are eligible for return.

        Custom-made or personalised items are not returnable unless they arrive defective or damaged.

        Items ordered incorrectly by the customer may be eligible for return, upon request.

 

Conditions for Returns

        Items must be in their original, unmodified, and resalable condition.

        All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included.

        Products that have been altered or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.

 

Return Process

1.    Contact us by email: Kurtis@creatively3d.com.au to explain your return request.

2.    Shipping cost: Return shipping is at the customers expense, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error.

3.    Approval & payment:  Once approved, we will send you a payment link for the cost of the return shipping.

4.    Return label: After payment, you will receive a return shipping label. Place it over the original label and give to the nearest Australia post office.

 

Refunds

        Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

        Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

        Items returned without prior approval will not be eligible for a refund.

        Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

 

Non-Returnable Items

        Custom-made or personalised 3D prints, unless defective or damaged in transit.

        Items that arrive back to us in non-resalable condition.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

        Report the issue to us within 2 business days of delivery.

        After 15 days, damaged or incorrect items can no longer be returned or refunded.

 

Exchanges

        If you ordered the wrong item or wish to exchange, you must follow the return policy process for the original item and place a new order.

        Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges.
